Q: Who is the content on MyNutriWeb for?

MyNutriWeb is for professionals working in food, nutrition and health, advancing your professional development and impact. The content is not intended to be used by non-medically qualified individuals or as a substitute for, or basis for any medical treatment.

Q: Do I have to pay for content?

We are committed to making our expert, CPD-accredited content available for free. 

Q: How do I register for a webinar?

Just click the ‘Register for free’ button on the content you’re interested in. You’ll receive an email from GoToWebinar with your unique link and instructions for joining. Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it come through.

Wherever possible, please use a named email address (eg sue@) rather than a general one (eg hello@ or info@) to help ensure our emails get to your inbox.

Q: How do I get and save my CPD certificate?

If you joined a live event, your personalised CPD certificate will normally be emailed to you within 24 hours. 

If you watch a recorded event, you should receive your certificate within a week: they get sent out every Friday. You’ll need to watch the full recording.

To help make sure you receive your certificate, add ‘hello@mynutriweb.com’ to your Safe Senders. Check your spam/junk mail too. If it still hasn’t come through within two weeks of watching a webinar, email hello@mynutriweb.com.

To download and save your certificate, simply click ‘view this email in a browser and download’ at the very top of the certificate email, then click to save as PDF (usually via the ‘print’ button, but browsers may vary).

Q: Can I get the slides after watching a webinar?

We email a full set of slides to download from each event to everyone who’s watched, along with a survey to help us improve for the future.

If you joined a live event, we’ll email you the slides within 24 hours, just before your CPD certificate.

If you watch a recorded event, you should receive the email within a week: it’s sent out every Friday. You’ll need to watch the full recording.

Q: The link to register for a webinar is blocked for me, what can I do?

The IT systems in some organisations use ‘firewalls’ for security, and they may block access to our website. Don’t worry, our website and registration site are secure! Try accessing them from a home/private computer. 

Using a personal email address rather than a work/university email address will also help make sure you receive our emails. If possible, don’t register with a general email address (eg hello@ or info@). Adding ‘hello@mynutriweb.com’ to your ‘Safe senders’ will also help.

Q: What if I can't join the webinar live?

All our webinars are available to view as recordings the day after the live event: you’ll find them in the ‘Recorded webinars’ section of the website. You’ll receive webinar slides and a CPD certificate within a week of watching the full recording.
