Introducing MyNutriBookClub
There is an abundance of books aimed at the ‘health-conscious’ covering a variety of topics in nutrition and health, but which of these books should be trusted as a resource for your patients and clients?
MyNutriBookClub offers a space for constructive discussions about popular books written by experts and thought leaders in nutrition, health and sustainability. Potential book themes include health promotion, public health, food policy, food systems, gut health and sports nutrition.
The aim of our book club is to discuss how these books can impact our practice positively – and potentially become go-to resources to further support clients and patients.

How does it work?
Details of the book of focus will be shared in advance, enabling you to read it and prepare questions and thoughts for the live discussion session.
The live sessions will be facilitated by chairs Holly Roper and Corrine Toyn. A 15-minute structured community discussion about the book, with audience questions and insights, will be followed by a 40-minute Q&A with the author.
Discussion sessions will be recorded and shared after the live event.
The MyNutriBookClub community group on LinkedIn also provides the opportunity to discuss the current book or relevant books with peers and colleagues in between live discussion sessions.
