Catherine Rabess is an author and Registered Dietitian specialising in gastroenterology and complex nutrition support. She is a Clinical Lead for an NHS Nutrition and Dietetic community Service. As well as Consultant Dietitian for a leading private Hospital, she works closely with individuals, brands and companies, regularly featured in media.
