CONTENT AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Whether you’re working with athletes or regular gym goers, understanding the latest evidence on the role of protein in performance and recovery is key. This webinar will cover the importance of protein for both exercise performance and recovery. Updates will be given around the latest evidence regarding protein type, timing, and total requirements to allow nutrition professionals to communicate key messages for active individuals, ranging from general exercise enthusiasts to professional athletes.

Performance nutrition is often thought to be only of importance to professional athletes, but active individuals can also gain benefits from optimising nutritional intake for their performance and recovery. The key to this is how health and nutrition professionals translate the science into practical solutions for all clients.
