Azmina is an award-winning dietitian and best-selling author. She is a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association and her main interests are diabetes, plant-based nutrition and dietary advice for BAME groups. Her latest book, Vegan Savvy: The Expert’s Guide to Nutrition on a Plant-based Diet has just been released.
