CONTENT AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Many health professionals and members of the MyNutriWeb community have highlighted the difficulty in navigating food and nutrition with diverse cultural and ethnic groups. Whilst the Eatwell guide is useful, it provides a Eurocentric view which does not represent the entirety of the UK.
African and Caribbean communities are disproportionately affected by certain diseases, so providing culturally relevant and sensitive support is imperative. Watch this webinar to expand your skills in providing culturally appropriate advice to African and Caribbean communities, and learn how to use this unique African and Caribbean Eatwell Guide in practice.
